Chester Polo Club have announced the much-anticipated team news for this weekend’s Boodles Roodee Challenge Cup.

Each team will battle it out for the extravagant £10,000 prize fund and top spot in the tournament!

Teams Boodles (6), Laurent-Perrier (5), Signature Living (6) and Quilter (6) make up the four teams in the six-goal tournament and high-profile players including Mike Henderson (4) make up the team sheet.

Friday 7 September sees the first two semi-finals games on the Roodee and following a team draw, Boodles will play against Laurent-Perrier in the first game at 2.30pm, followed by Quilter vs Signature Living at 4.00pm.


Dependant on results, the teams will battle it out for positions in the tournament on Finals Day, Saturday 8 September in the fight for the silverware.

The final game will be played first at 2.30pm followed the winning presentations at 3.30pm closely followed by the subsidiary game 3.45pm.

On both days gates open at 12pm and spectators are advised to arrive in plenty of time in order to secure a pitchside spot to cheer on their favoured team.

Spectators can gain free entry on Friday for the Semi-Finals and admission is just £8 for adults on each Saturday for the Finals, whilst children are invited to attend either day free of charge*!
