Head Chef Ben Ackland has been working up a brand-new menu full of great British pub classics and innovative creations. An advocate of using quality, fresh produce, Ben has been working closely with local suppliers to create seasonal dishes using the finest ingredients available.
With a career that spans critically acclaimed establishments such as The Ivy and Soho House, Ben has brought his wealth of expertise to the idyllic village of Bunbury and has created a menu which we’re more than a little bit in love with.
From our delicious chicken and mushroom vol au vent with truffle cream, to our succulent pan-fried sea bass, we’re stepping into spring with a host of indulgent courses. Coupled with our extensive selection of cask ales and wines, let’s just say that the temptation to ‘treat yourself’ is going to be very hard to ignore…
