Chester Polo Club have today announced tournament dates for 2020. The White Oak UK Polo Series will take place on the Roodee across two consecutive days; Friday 3 and Saturday 4 July 2020.
White Oak UK have once again taken Title Sponsorship of the tournament, having supported polo at Chester through consecutive years since 2014.

Following the success of 2019’s tournament, 2020 will once again comprise of a six-goal handicap contest between four teams. Fierce competition is expected between the worthy contenders, including players and ponies with national appeal. Situated in the heart of the city of Chester, the majestic setting of Chester Racecourse affords spectators the finest surroundings from which to enjoy spectating the Sport of Kings.
For guests looking for an afternoon of sporting indulgence, the Chester Polo Club Hospitality Marquee offers spectators an extra special VIP experience. Hospitality packages are available to purchase on both days of the tournament. On arrival, guests will be welcomed onto the marquee terrace with a drinks reception before taking their seats. A brief introduction to the game of Polo will be followed by a delicious luncheon. During both days, guests will have exclusive use of their table throughout the day so after dining they can move to the terrace, a prime viewing location to the pitch, with their complimentary programme and team sheet in hand.
There are two packages available; a formal three-course lunch and inclusive wine* is available on Friday, whilst Saturday offers a more relaxed dining experience, with a two-course buffet style lunch.
Saturday’s celebratory package is perfectly suited for families and social gatherings wishing to soak up the festival feel of the ParentFolk enclosure. Guests are encouraged to roam the area and take advantage of the free activities, live entertainment from ParentFolk’s resident DJ, browse the mini shopping village and relax in the stylish Laurent-Perrier Champagne garden. The victorious team will be awarded the silverware and the title in a Champagne-soaked presentation on finals day*.

Information regarding the price and on-sale date of tickets for the general admission enclosure, ParentFolk + Family at the Polo, Saturday 4 July will soon be made available. There will be no general amenities available on Friday, however general public will not be refused entry to the Roodee should they wish to spectate.
