Getting to Chester Racecourse by car is a breeze, with major routes like the M53, M56, M6, and A483 leading you right there. Instead of using the racecourse postcode (CH1 2LY) in your Sat Nav, it’s better to trot along Sealand Road with postcode CH1 4LD for a smoother ride.

Our address is The Racecourse, Chester, CH1 2LY.

On racedays, from 09:00 to 21:00, New Crane Street, Watergate Street, and Nuns Road will be closed off with safety barriers to keep everyone safe. These barriers will be lifted at 21:00, allowing normal access. More evening meetings, times will differ – so keep an eye on our official social media channels for the latest updates.
