When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are generally posted out between one month to a few days before a race fixture. All tickets are posted out special delivery; therefore, you will be required to sign for your tickets.
What happens if my tickets haven’t arrived?
Please call the Box Office on 01244 304 600 with details of your purchase and we will discuss your options over the phone.
What do I do if I’ve lost my tickets?
Chester Racecourse do not provide duplicate tickets for tickets that have been lost or stolen. Please review our ticket terms and conditions for information. Please contact the Box Office with any further queries.
How do I collect my tickets from the Box Office?
You can collect your tickets in person from point of purchase (if you have not opted for tickets to be posted or print at home). Tickets on raceday will be available for collection from the Raceday Ticket Collection point in the Box Office at Chester Racecourse. To collect tickets, you will need to present proof of purchase and proof of ID.
Can I cancel my tickets?
Chester Racecourse do not offer refunds on tickets. Please review our ticketing terms and conditions – found on the reverse of your ticket, receipt paper or on our website underneath terms and conditions.
Can I post my tickets for sale on a third-party website?
Tickets are sold for private use only and not for re-sale. We may choose to invalidate your ticket or refuse entry if we have reason to believe unfair play.
Please be advised that Chester Racecourse is the only official seller of Chester Races tickets. Chester Racecourse will not be held responsible for tickets purchased via third party websites. Please purchase via Chester Racecourse directly.
