Across three standout fixtures, racegoers can enjoy a thrilling day on the track before the entertainment continues with live performances designed to keep the celebrations going into the evening.
The music begins during the Summer Music Weekend in partnership with Excell Supply on Friday 10 July with Ibiza Classics Evening, featuring Ibiza in Symphony. The show brings together a live band, vocalists and DJs to perform iconic dance anthems synonymous with summer on the White Isle, creating a festival-style atmosphere as the sun sets over the Roodee.
The celebrations continue on Saturday 11 July when the Bootleg Beatles, widely regarded as the world’s best Beatles tribute band, perform live after racing. With renditions of classics such as Hey Jude, Twist and Shout and Let It Be, the evening promises a nostalgic sing-along for racecourse guests.
Later in the season, Powells Jewellery Ladies Day on Saturday 22 August will feature Marvin Humes, live after racing. Best known as a member of JLS and as a popular broadcaster and DJ, Marvin will bring a high-energy set of feel-good hits to round off one of the most glamorous fixtures of the racing calendar.
In addition to the raceday music programme, Chester Racecourse will also host a major summer concert on Friday 14 August, welcoming two legendary names in music. Sir Tom Jones and Nile Rodgers & CHIC will perform live at the racecourse for a special evening show, bringing decades of era-defining hits to the Roodee.
