Following Government advice that spectators will not return to sporting events until 1 October, we regret to confirm that our September fixtures with a crowd have now been cancelled.
The following fixtures are impacted:
Autumn Festival – Friday 11 September
Autumn Festival – Saturday 12 September
Season Finale – Saturday 26 September
All customers who have pre-purchased tickets and hospitality to one of the aforementioned dates will be contacted directly in the coming days and in due course issued a full refund, in accordance with the company’s ticket terms and conditions.
Whilst we are disappointed at the outcome, the health and safety of our customers, staff and members of the local community remain of utmost importance and we hope you appreciate why we have had to make this decision.
Customers will be refunded the cost of their ticket(s), booking fee and any associated postage fees.
We kindly ask that our customers refrain from contacting Chester Racecourse directly, but if do you have a query relating to your ticket purchase, please complete the contact form on the Chester Racecourse website here and quote your customer number if known.
The refund process will be operated chronologically, beginning with Friday 11 September.
