The Box Office is open as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 17:00pm
On race day fixtures: 8am – until the start of the final race.
On race evening fixtures: 8.30am – until the start of the final race.
All GA tickets (Open Course, Dee Stand, Tattersalls Enclosure, County Concourse and County Long Room) can be accessed via our official Chester Racecourse app.
The app is where you will activate your tickets and be able to access them for your race day arrival. This means no more losing tickets and speeds up your checking in process so that you can enjoy the races here at Chester that bit quicker.
Follow these simple steps below to download the app:
1) Download the Chester Raceday app from your app store: Google Play for android or Apple App Store for IOS.
2) Open the ‘Your Chester Racecourse Tickets’ email in the inbox linked to your ticket account.
3) Once the app has been installed, return to your email and click ‘register’. This will launch the app and personalise it with your ticket and event information. Alternatively, copy the 16 character code within the email and paste it directly into the app.
If you have purchased multiple tickets, you can distribute your e-tickets to members of your party digitally. Simply log in to your Chester Racecourse ticket account online, click on your booking and enter the other ticketholders email addresses. They will then receive their e-tickets by email from us.
Once you have installed the app and registered it for the first time, you will not have to do this again. Future tickets booked using your Chester Racecourse account will automatically be displayed in your app leading up to the race day.
