White Oak UK Polo Series Cancelled

Information Announcement

We regret to announce  that the White Oak UK Polo Series event, due to take place at Chester Racecourse on Friday 3 & Saturday 4 July 2020, has been cancelled.

In light of the ongoing development of the COVID-19 crisis, the executive have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

The ongoing pandemic has had an unprecedented impact globally and the health and safety of the general public and our communities remains paramount. Whilst there remains much uncertainty around the re-introduction of social gatherings, events and the hospitality industry, the decision is a regrettable but necessary one.

All customers who have pre-purchased a hospitality package to either the 3 or 4 July event, or general admission tickets for the 4 July will be contacted directly in the coming days and in due course issued a full refund, in accordance with the Chester Race Company’s ticket terms and conditions.

Customers will be refunded the cost of their package/tickets and any associated booking fee and postage fees if applicable.

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from contacting Chester Racecourse directly, but if do you have a query relating to your booking, please complete the contact form on the Chester Racecourse website here and quote your customer number if known.
